Justice Rising’s Little World Changers is a special event designed to inspire compassion and action in young hearts. Bringing together kids in New York to support children who live in fragile states, this event sparks awareness about the realities of war and the power of education in building peace. Through interactive activities, storytelling, and hands-on ways to help, Little World Changers empowers kids to see themselves as global changemakers—proving that no one is too young to make a difference.

FAQ’s

  • The event will kick off with a talk from one of Justice Rising’s founders, who was just 10 years old when she first dreamed of working in the Congo. From there, kids will rotate through a series of hands-on activities designed to spark compassion and empower them to take action for change. They’ll create cards and letters for students in Justice Rising schools, make friendship bracelets, assemble small school supply kits, and even learn games played by children in Congo during recess. The event will wrap up with a fun debrief, helping kids reflect on what they’ve learned and discover ways to keep making a difference!

  • We will be providing snacks like Veggie Straws, Pirate’s Booty, and juice boxes for the children and coffee and tea for parents.

    Dinner will not be provided.

  • We hope this will be annual! Stay tuned for more information.
